MORTGAGE PRODUCT MANAGER

The Mortgage Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of mortgage products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, customer needs, and market trends. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver competitive, compliant, and customer-centric mortgage solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in related field
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including NonQM, Jumbo and DPA programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  Compensation for positions is based on the specific position and may be paid in the form of an hourly wage, overtime, a semi-monthly salary, commissions, or a combination of them. • Design and develop innovative mortgage products that meet customer needs and align with company goals.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, NonQM investors and Down Payment Assistance providers.
• Collaborate with VP Secondary Market, Capital Markets Team and COO to develop new products including NonQM products that meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain product guidelines and communicate updates to departments including sales, underwriting, operations, marketing and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, compliance, risk, and technology teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as application volume, approval rates, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
