MORTGAGE ADVISOR / CASE MANAGER

Salary: £24,500 – £45,000 (DOE + completion incentives)
Location: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor / Case Manager to support two directors across a busy and growing caseload, with the majority being remortgage cases. You’ll manage the post-sale process from application through to offer and completion, ensuring clients are kept informed and cases progress smoothly.
This role suits someone who thrives on organisation, client interaction, and driving results. You’ll be directly rewarded with incentives for each case completion.

• Collect and check client documents
• Package mortgage and insurance applications accurately
• Submit and manage cases through to completion
• Keep CRM systems and client records fully updated
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors throughout the process
• Book client meetings and update fact finds
