We’re creating a new team of Arrears & Litigation Associates to professionally and effectively collect and recover arrears and manage cases in default; managing complex cases and are mandated decision makers.
As an Arrears & Litigation Associate you will liaise regularly with solicitors and third party administrators whilst also supporting our vulnerable customers and providing an empathetic approach to their sensitive and unique situations.
