What we're looking for Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken What you'll be doing Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients A mantra for our clients, customers, partners and every member of the RHB family.
