Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £50K basic (DOE) + Bonus | OTE £75K+
Hours: Full-time | No weekends

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, grow, and inspire a team of Mortgage Advisers. You’ll:

  • Drive sales performance in a high-volume, tech-led environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Oversee complex case packaging.
  • Mentor and coach your team for success.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Experience in complex lending is a plus — but not essential. What matters most is your proven track record in sales leadership, your data-driven approach, and your ability to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
