ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Mortgage Servicing team process quality assurance and customer service-related tasks for the lending brands within OSB Group.
COULD YOU BE THE ONE?
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
- Previous experience of working in a quality assurance environment essential.
- Previous experience of working within a regulated mortgage environment
- Detailed understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Advanced attention to detail skills is essential
Responsibilities:
In this varied and interesting role, you will deliver an excellent quality assurance service and administrative support that visibly contributes value and exceeds client and customer expectations. Checking the quality of query resolution from within OSB Group and OSBI, keeping the customer journey at the heart of every task.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Quality checking all tasks to agreed timescales and quality standards
- Ensuring correct appliance of procedures for each Client and take responsibility to report breaches to line manager when identified.
- Identify improvements in processes to improve efficiency or spot inaccuracies.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills when dealing with tasks ensuring the customer journey is considered in all interactions. Queries will be of a technical or regulated nature so attention to detail and subject knowledge is key.
- Maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy when processing documents, ensuring productivity targets are achieved in conjunction with high quality targets.
- Interpreting customer issues and analyse existing policies and procedures to ensure a suitable resolution is reached
