MORTGAGE SERVICING SALES MANAGER

Our rapidly growing servicing company in the Malvern, PA area is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Sales Manager to join their team. 100% remote position!

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Mortgage servicing sales or financial services experience, including some in a leadership position
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing processes, regulations, and industry practices
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
• Proven ability to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools

• Leading the mortgage servicing sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations
• Developing and executing sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue in servicing portfolios
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage lenders, investors, and financial institutions
• Identifying new business opportunities and strategically pursue high-value prospects
• Analyzing sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and drive results
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand recognition
