Responsibilities
Build relationships with external partners (e.g. property agents, brokers) to drive mortgage referrals and loans under individual names.
Independently manage tasks in new environment (eg: show flats and events).
Engage both affluent and mass market clients through various internal channels (eg: marketing campaigns, networking events, online inbound enquiries, branch walk in & referrals).
Manage end-to-end mortgage application process up to loan offer and acceptance.
Comfortable and willing to perform off-office hours and weekend activities when required (eg: networking events, campaigns and show flats)
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation and positioning
