As the Mortgage Team Leader, you will:

• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior mortgage brokers to achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide guidance to improve sales skills, mortgage calculations, and client engagement.
• Mortgage Loan Advisory
• Calculate and structure tailored mortgage loan packages for clients based on their financial needs and goals.
• Stay updated on the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Business Development & Partnerships
• Build strong relationships with property consultants and secure business acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with real estate professionals to identify and engage high-potential clients.
• Corporate Trade Facility Referrals
• Identify opportunities to refer corporate trade facilities through our exclusive banking partnerships.
• Collaborate with banking partners to deliver customized trade financing solutions to corporate clients.

• Client Relationship Management
