Role Description The Mortgage Team Leader role at Huspy is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves leading a team of mortgage professionals, overseeing daily pipeline management, and ensuring high-quality advisory services to clients. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, coaching team members, and supporting them in structuring mortgage deals, preparing documentation, and coordinating with banks and financial institutions. The Mortgage Team Leader will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the development of best practices. This role also requires active participation in client meetings, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess mortgage applications, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, particularly in mortgage products, lending processes, and banking operations.
• Understanding of Accounting and Auditing principles relevant to mortgage documentation, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching in a financial or mortgage services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with the UAE real estate and mortgage market is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
