Job Description As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Certified Practising Valuer to join our expanding team and play a key role in delivering mortgage valuations across a diverse range of asset classes. Working closely with an experienced Director, this is an excellent opportunity for a valuer to senior valuer looking to broaden their expertise, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Undertake valuations across a diverse range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and specialised property. Prepare detailed valuation reports for mortgage, advisory and consultancy purposes. Work closely with the Director on valuation assignments and client engagement opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financiers and key industry stakeholders. Conduct market research, financial analysis and due diligence to support valuation outcomes. Utilise industry-leading valuation platforms and technology to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team through exceptional client service and technical expertise. Qualifications Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer, with 5+ years of experience. Strong commercial awareness in strategy formulation and execution. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for informed business decisions. High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Forbury. Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
