• Stakeholder Management and Communication
• Requirements Analysis and Lifecycle Management
• Organizational Delivery Methodology compliance
• Risk Management
• Regular Status Reporting
• Participation in Community of Practice - Business Analysis

• Ability to work independently to progress on a stream of work from analysis, requirements, documentation and ensure quality of deliverables across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a senior business analyst in organizations / programs delivering business outcomes.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with Privacy Legislation, Data Privacy, Compliance and related areas.
• Experience working with banks or financial institutions.
• Working experience in mortgages space is highly desirable.
• Data Analysis / Data related technology experience is good to have.
