You will be the go-to person for planning events, building connections, and making sure our residents feel like they are living their best lives.  What You’ll Be Doing: * Curating and coordinating fun, inclusive activities—from yoga in the park to themed socials and everything in between. * Promote and manage lifestyle amenities such as fitness centers, and social spaces. * Acting as the friendly bridge between current residents, sales teams, and potential residents. * Using your creativity to dream up engaging events that bring neighbors together and build lasting friendships. * Gathering feedback from residents to tailor events they’ll love. * Managing and sharing the community events calendar—because everyone needs to know when the next taco night is! * Planning, executing, and attending events (yes, you get to enjoy them too!). * Championing community outreach and showcasing our lifestyle to future residents. * Giving tours and presentations that make people say, “I want to live here!” * Keeping leadership in the loop with updates and event highlights. * Pitching in with other tasks like answering phones, checking messages, and keeping our space looking great. What You Bring to the Table: * Deep knowledge of the local area—where to eat, shop, play, and relax. * A confident, engaging personality that makes people feel instantly welcome. * Top-notch organizational, promotional, and hospitality skills. * A knack for building relationships and rallying people together. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays (because fun doesn’t always happen 9 to 5). * Tech-savvy with strong computer and social media skills. * Ability to use office equipment like a pro (computers, phones, scanners—you name it).
