Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Moss Wall Fabricator to join our production team. This hands-on role involves creating custom moss installations, from preparing materials to assembling and finishing the final product. You will work with preserved moss, natural elements, and frames to produce stunning wall art that meets our quality and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize moss materials, frames, and tools for each project
• Assemble moss walls according to design specifications and project timelines
• Cut, glue, and arrange moss in artistic patterns while maintaining consistency in quality
• Follow health and safety guidelines when working with adhesives and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform quality checks before products are packaged or installed
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and Design Coordinator to meet deadlines
• Assist in loading/unloading materials for installations
• Repair or refresh existing moss walls as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with adhesives, cutting tools, and measuring equipment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience in crafts, woodworking, floral design, set design, or similar hands-on work
• Background in art, design, or fabrication
• Knowledge of biophilic design or interior décor trends
