Day in the life of an Motability Account Manager:

• Manage own case load of requests for hire, working with our Customers to source hires and arrange delivery within required SLA requirements.
• Deliver a high-class customer service in all aspects of your work.
• Exceptional communication skills and previous customer service experience of working within a telephony environment is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of WAV and Vehicle Adaptations.
• Ability to multi-task & deal with several actions/ cases simultaneously.
• Liaise directly with Branches & Regional Branch Managers to support supply and delivery of a hire vehicle to all customers.
• Updating the customers file with relevant information using the bespoke Company system.
• Ability to identify specific customer needs and source a suitable vehicle which promotes a supportive but not overindulgent approach.
• Co-ordinating the deliveries and collections of vehicles to ensure effective use of Proximo Fleet and the best use of our resource.
• Daily bulk sourcing, reviewing all unarranged files and SLA fails as they arise.
• Maximise SLA Performance.
• Assist Motability Technical Specialist / Project Lead with all aspects of vehicle sourcing and offering
