Australian Relief Recruitment is a company that focuses on the Hospitality Industry 4-5star Resorts & Corporate Motel Chains & Hospitality Venues and we are looking for dynamic experienced managers for the following positions:

• Townsville Qld full time - 50 room Motel with conferencing rooms and restaurant - join the new owners on this adventure start 1/12 regular rostered days off.
• Bundaberg Qld full time - 38 room corporate Motel, breakfast 5days managers cooking and dinner 4 nights with a cook, start mid November regular rostered days off.
• Airlie Beach Qld Relief 40 rooms Apartments - no food or beverage - great location start 1/12
• Coffs Harbour NSW Relief 6mths, 32 room Motel - Choice system no food and beverage start 13/12
• Cobar NSW Relief 6mth, 21 room Motel - flexible working arrangement, no food and beverage, start 26/1/27
• Sale Victoria Relief 6mth with a view to go full time, 33 rooms & 10 apartments - Choice system no food & beverage, housekeeping outsourced, start early november.

Must Haves':

• Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
• Food & Beverage Operations, function experience.
• Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents.
• Sales & Marketing/Social Media ability.
• Strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead/manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to gain RMLV/Approved Managers License
• RMS (Property Management Software) or Guestpoint experience is advantageous.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the motel’s daily operations, including guest services, food & beverage operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration with a hands on approach.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures.
• Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the motel’s budget, wages/expenses and revenue to meet financial targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy.
• Ensure the safety and security of both guests and staff.
