We are seeking a Motel Supervisor to join our team at Motel 6 Brooks. Located in Brooks, this role is vital for ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and support. As a Motel Supervisor, you will contribute significantly to our mission of achieving high guest satisfaction ratings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hotel or motel management
  • Strong leadership skills with supervising experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and night audits
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
  • Experience in guest relations and hotel operations is preferred
