JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Motel 6 Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Supervising experience is essential; leadership capabilities are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in human resources functions related to staffing, training, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services best practices is required.
