Description Restaurant Cashier and Dining Room Attendant We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Cashier and Dining Room Attendant. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times - Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and payments - Communicate effectively with guests at each table to address their needs and ensure satisfaction - Assist the expo team when needed to ensure timely delivery of food - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including tables, floors, and service stations - Help with guest needs, including answering questions and providing assistance - Say hello and goodbye to each guest with a genuine smile, maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift - Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance - Ensure quality food is delivered to each guest promptly and accurately - Communicate with guests to address concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary - Support team members and contribute to a welcoming and efficient work environment Skills and Qualifications: - Ability to work daytime shifts from 10 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to learn and operate the POS system quickly and accurately - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to maintain a positive attitude and smile throughout the shift - Reliable and committed to adhering to scheduled hours - Ability to keep the dining area clean and organized - Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed, including supporting the expo team - Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required Join our team and be part of a vibrant, guest-focused environment where your positive attitude and dedication make a difference.
