Role: Motion Designer Location: Remote (Colombia) Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business About the role: We are partnering with one of the world's most iconic CPG companies to drive creative excellence in brand storytelling and marketing communications. We're seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our world-class in-house agency. In this role, you'll bring brands to life through engaging animation and motion graphics, creating content that captivates audiences across digital platforms. As our Motion Designer, you'll transform static brand assets into dynamic motion experiences, including social media content and digital advertising. You'll work within established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to develop innovative motion solutions that elevate our storytelling across digital and e-commerce platforms. You'll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class creative work that drives brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, you’ll explore GenAI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and optimize design production. If you are a creative motion designer skilled in storytelling and excited about animating iconic brands, we want to hear from you! What you will be doing: Create and animate motion graphics for digital e-commerce channels and Product Detail Pages (PDP). Transform concepts into user-friendly designs in high-volume environments. Design and animate kinetic typography, logos, and brand elements. Edit and adapt 2D/3D motion videos, including color correction and sound design. Develop storyboards and style frames for motion projects. Optimize motion assets for various platforms and formats. Utilize GenAI tools to enhance workflow efficiency. Demonstrate strong design thinking for the web, digital, ecommerce and especially social advertising. Adapt and define the look and feel for a variety of design projects whilst implementing existing brand guidelines. What Skills Will Help You Be Successful 3+ years of design and animation experience. Curiosity, creativity, ambition, and a passion for design, motion graphics, and storytelling. Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. Ability to produce bespoke digital video assets from scratch. Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and branding with a proven track record of success. Expertise in design and animation across all platforms, with excellent skills in design, typography, and layout. Strong understanding of animation principles and timing. Knowledge of current motion design trends and techniques. Excellent digital design skills and a portfolio showcasing digital and social work. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding and interest in AI technologies, showcasing curiosity for exploring their applications.
