Job description and tasks

We are currently looking for a Motion Designer / Digital Illustrator for our design studio in Hamburg. In this role, you will work closely with motion designers, art directors, and project managers to create high-quality content for digital signage channels.

Your focus is on the production and adaptation of visual content for a large international fast-food brand, particularly in the area of ​​in-store communication such as digital menu boards and promotional content.

Your tasks:

• Creation and adaptation of motion and static design assets for digital signage
• Ensuring high-quality implementation of layouts in accordance with existing brand guidelines
• Production and optimization of visual content such as menu boards, advertising materials and campaign sets
• Close collaboration with designers, art directors and project managers in day-to-day operations
• Implementation of creative concepts into pixel-perfect final designs
• Ensuring consistency in typography, layout, and visual details
• Support in concept development and contributing your own ideas
• Structured and efficient working methods to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Your profile

You are a detail-oriented and passionate designer with a strong sense of visual communication. You enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and place great value on high-quality results that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Passion for visual communication and design
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign),
• Basic knowledge of After Effects
• A good eye for detail, typography, and layout
• Structured, precise and reliable working methods
• Confident in handling existing Brand Guidelines (CI)
• Ability to adapt layouts for different formats and channels
• Proactive thinking, curiosity and ingenuity
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Openness to new ways of working, especially in dealing with AI
• German and English skills
