What You’ll Do Work on the creative and visual identity of the company across all digital touchpoints Design elegant, modern, brand-aligned marketing websites in Figma for seamless Webflow handoff Develop and maintain a consistent visual system—from typography and color palettes to illustrations, iconography, and layout systems Design clean, modern, brand-aligned website pages in Figma Create layouts, UI elements, and visual systems for Webflow handoff Deliver responsive designs for desktop and mobile Produce visual assets (icons, graphics, documents, slides etc.) What We’re Looking For Strong design portfolio with examples of brand identity and web design (ideally for SaaS or tech brands) Skilled in layout, typography, and web design best practices Can work fast and follow a brand system Understands how designs translate to Webflow (or similar) Attention to detail is non-negotiable Responsive communication and very fast turnaround times Motion Designer What You’ll Do Develop and evolve the visual and motion identity of the brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints Create scroll-stopping motion graphics, videos, and animations for social media, paid campaigns, and product launches Design and animate assets for product explainers, website hero sections, and key campaigns Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across visuals, decks, social content, and ads Produce visual assets such as icons, graphics, decks, and campaign visuals—with motion polish where relevant Translate complex ideas into clean, visually engaging, and dynamic motion pieces What We’re Looking For Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and brand storytelling (preferably for SaaS, tech, or product-led brands) Skilled in layout, typography, and visual design fundamentals Proficient with After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) Understanding of how motion enhances narrative and reinforces brand consistency Attention to detail is non-negotiable—your work should feel crafted and intentional Fast turnaround times and responsive communication Experience designing visuals for Webflow sites or other digital platforms Familiarity with Lottie, 3D asset workflows, or AI-assisted motion/visual generation
