We are now looking for an experienced Motion Designer to join our dynamic team and help drive our expansion into new markets, particularly in Latin America, but will also assist in the growth in our existing markets. As the Motion Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually captivating and engaging content for our marketing channels and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create and deliver creative concepts and collaborate with the wider marketing team under the guidance of the Marketing Design Lead. You should also have experience in motion graphics and be able to provide examples of your work.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree qualified in Business or a related field
Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential
Proven experience in a design/motion graphics role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant software
Demonstrated experience creating Playable Ads for digital marketing campaigns, particularly for performance channels
Proficiency in tools and platforms used for creating Playable Ads, such as Unity, Google Web Designer, GDevelop, or similar HTML5-based interactive ad tools is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A passion for fostering creativity and innovation within your team, combined with a keen eye for design aesthetics
The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, making strategic decisions that drive our design efforts forward
A proactive and self-motivated mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve and enhance the design process

Responsibilities

Develop visually appealing content for diverse marketing channels, including Google ads, social media platforms, display ads, with a focus on achieving both performance and brand marketing goals
Collaborate closely with our marketing, performance marketing, and brand marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure that design solutions align with our business goals
Take ownership of the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and the exchange of ideas among team members
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our design team remains at the forefront of the field
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data and analytics, to leverage insights and data-driven approaches in design decision-making
Play a key role in recruitment efforts, helping to identify and hire top design talent to expand our team
