Position Overview : The vision for Zynga Studio One’s Marketing Creative Team is informed by data-driven decision making, the aggressive pursuit of new and different ideas, swift and efficient production and deep collaboration between creative, UA, ASO, PMM and product teams. We develop advertising and assets that millions of players worldwide engage with during their customer journey through our acquisition funnel. Our creative and production processes prioritize achieving both performance objectives and executional excellence while we all endeavor to foster a collaborative culture that embraces and drives creative trends in the mobile marketing & user acquisition space. A Motion Graphics/Video Artist on this team, is expected to single-handedly execute video (and at times static) advertising concepts surfaced in UA campaigns and on the iOS and Google Play storefronts for titles across the Zynga portfolio. This ideal candidate is comfortable creating a high volume of diverse executions and can also contribute ideas & concepts that capture audience attention with an entertaining and scroll-stopping hook aligned with a single value proposition/selling point that clearly and concisely convey player benefits. What You'll Do : Contribute to a super-efficient, high-volume pipeline of User Acquisition advertising and App Store Assets, as well as social/community and live-ops marketing assets Work with the Art Lead, Art Director and Producer to execute video advertising, app store assets and more to satisfy an aggressive testing and campaign delivery cadence. Ability to single-handedly develop and execute a 10 - 30sec ad using assets/resources on-hand within a 2.5 day timeframe Maintain constant and vigilant awareness around the creative discourse in the mobile UA industry. What You'll Bring : At least 5 years professional experience developing and executing video creative Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere (expert Photoshop & Design skills a big plus) Strong conceptual and visual and graphic design skills leading to thoughtful creative executions Confident working in an extremely fast-paced environment with a multiple projects and quick turn-arounds Proficient with using AI-powered generative tools to assist the ad production process, including strong prompt engineering skills, creativity, and an eye for quality Thorough understanding of consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and partner ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Moloco and Google) Thorough understanding of the nuances of the assets displayed on the iOS and Google Play storefronts that merchandise our products and drive installs. A self-sufficient self-starter with an ability to thrive under the pressure of super tight deadlines.
