JOB OVERVIEW

Exjot Technology LLC is seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic & Motion Designer who can produce visually engaging designs and dynamic motion graphics. The ideal candidate should excel in both graphic design and animation, bringing concepts to life through compelling visuals that align with our brand and client requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including digital marketing campaigns, web designs, social media content, and promotional videos.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience with 3D animation and design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• graphic & Motion designer: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, websites, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts that communicate key messages effectively.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.

Motion Design:

• Design and animate motion graphics for promotional videos, explainer videos, social media reels, and advertisements.
• Work with video editors to integrate motion graphics into video projects.
• Develop storyboards and concepts for animations to ensure alignment with project goals.

Creative Development:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas to meet client and project objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge work.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to ensure designs align with project requirements and deadlines.
• Present ideas and drafts to stakeholders for approval and revisions.
• Quality Control:

Ensure all designs and animations are high-quality, error-free, and optimized for various platforms and devices.
