Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, animation, and design. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and video content.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for video and digital content.
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and design assets.
· Edit and enhance video content using motion design elements.
· Work with various multimedia tools to develop high-quality animations and graphics.
· Optimize motion graphics for different platforms, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
· Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all motion graphic elements.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven 2-3 years’ experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
· Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
· Hands-on experience with Blender or Maya software for 3D modeling and animation.
· Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
· Experience with 2D/3D animation and compositing techniques.
· Knowledge of video editing, color correction, and sound design.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· A portfolio showcasing motion graphic and animation work.
· Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of scripting and automation in After Effects.
· Understanding of interactive media and AR/VR technologies.
· Experience with motion tracking and rotoscoping techniques.
· Familiarity with procedural animation and particle effects.
