About the Role We’re looking for a Motion Designer who can make our product feel alive. Your work will shape how users experience ACKO — from intuitive micro-interactions and seamless UI flows to scalable motion systems that unify the product. If you thrive on turning static designs into dynamic, meaningful experiences and love pushing the craft of digital motion, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Design and animate micro-interactions that guide users, reduce friction, and bring delight Prototype motion in context, collaborating closely with product designers, engineers, and visual designers Build a scalable motion library (Lottie-based) that ensures consistency across the product Translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging motion narratives Explore new approaches in 2D/3D animation and interactive motion for product innovation Contribute to framework-level thinking: define principles, patterns, and systems for motion across ACKO’s design ecosystem What We’re Looking For Strong portfolio of product-focused motion design (UI animations, interaction prototypes, scalable systems) Proficiency in motion tools: After Effects, Figma, Lottie, Jitter, Principle/ProtoPie (or similar) Experience with 3D workflows (C4D, Blender, Spline3D) and integrating 3D into digital products Solid grasp of timing, easing, and motion as storytelling in product experiences Ability to explain motion choices clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams Eye for detail in typography, color, and hierarchy when combined with motion Systems mindset: experience designing reusable frameworks and scalable motion patterns Bonus Skills: Sound design, real-time motion prototyping, or experience integrating motion directly into live environments Why Join Us At ACKO, you’ll define how millions of users experience insurance through motion that’s subtle, functional, and delightful.
