Contract: Part-time, Permanent (0.8 FTE: 26.6 hours per week)
Salary: UQT 1-6 (FTE: £21,731 - £33,902/ Actual: £17,384 - £27,121 per annum)

As a energetic, enthusiastic, ambassador for our pupils, this role will:

  • Support and motivate vulnerable learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential through high quality interactions and interventions throughout the school.
  • Provide supervision across the school ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.
  • Champion the Abbots Green Academy vision and ethos, promoting integrity, individuality, alongside a commitment to personal growth for all children.
