About the role Completing assessments of motor vehicles in either repair cost or total loss and providing customers with access to the prompt resolution of complaints, including repair warranty, service related and other issues. Complying with motor assessing process, guidelines, allowances. parts policy, severity coding requirements and repairer standards. Wherever appropriate, apply repair cost benchmarking, alternative parts reporting, and scorecards to improve repairer performance. Contributing to improving the customer service of Selected and non-Selected repairers. Wherever practicable complete total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment. Understand customer insights and feedback. Act to put the best interests of our customers at the heart of everything we do. About you Trade qualification & significant post apprenticeship experience as a Panel Beater, Spray painter or Motor Mechanic. Have a significant understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurer Code of Conduct. An understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques and experience quoting damaged vehicles. Experience dealing with customers and managing of staff. Current Driver's License. Demonstrate technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting & communication tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a fast-changing digital world.

Responsibilities

Complete assessments of motor vehicles for repair costs or total loss and resolve customer complaints promptly. Ensure compliance with motor assessing processes and contribute to improving customer service.
