Make a difference as a Motor Claims Consultant. For over 165 years, CGU has been insuring ambition. Your Role We’re looking for multiple Motor Claims Consultants to join our CGU claims teams across Australia on a full-time, permanent basis. Your main objective will be to support customers and stakeholders through the motor claims process. This includes juggling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence from customers, brokers and authorised representatives. Commencing Monday 17 November 2025, you’ll begin with 8 weeks comprehensive, fully paid training at one of the following four IAG offices – Naarm (Melbourne CBD), Meanjin (Brisbane),⁠ Boorloo (West Perth) and Tarndanya (Adelaide). An additional 4 weeks of hands-on support will also be provided as part of your ongoing development as you transition into the role. Please note, whilst we’re not operational on public holidays, this training will overlap into the Christmas period⁠. After a minimum of 3 months in the office you may be eligible for a hybrid role allowing work from home within the business requirements, currently a minimum of one office day per week. You’ll work Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:30am – 5:00pm local time. Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection, and a private home office set up.
