We’re expanding our business and recruiting Motor Claims Handlers to join our vibrant team, based in Haverhill town centre. If you have a natural ability to relate to people and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, then you could be the perfect addition to our team.
Working within our Commercial Motor Claims Team, you’ll be answering calls from our customers and Third Parties reporting their motor claims. The types of claims typically received in the department are accident claims, personal injury claims as a result of road traffic incidents and even property damage due to collisions. Every claim is different and that’s what gives the job so much variety!
Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 35 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Answering calls from our customers and brokers relating to motor claims.
  • Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported with their claim, providing them with personalised and accurate information based on your expertise and training.
  • Managing your own caseload.
  • Working collaboratively with your team.
  • Accurately inputting data to ensure a smooth customer journey.
