Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Customer Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers. You’ll respond to queries, manage claims, and provide personalised support during what can often be a difficult time for customers.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Managing motor insurance claims from start to finish.
  • Making liability decisions and setting clear expectations for customers.
  • Guiding customers through the claims journey, helping them get back on the road quickly.
  • Working closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Adapting and growing with the business, with opportunities to take ownership of the full claims process.
