The Role

• You'll be responsible for contacting non-fault third parties immediately following a motor incident, offering repair solutions, replacement vehicles and other support services before involvement from credit hire companies or solicitors. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll review newly reported claims, assess liability and negotiate directly with third parties to deliver positive customer outcomes whilst helping to reduce overall claims costs. You'll work closely with repairers, engineers and suppliers, ensuring claims are managed efficiently and customers receive the right support from the outset.
