Description Adventure Tours is currently seeking experienced and professional Full-Time CDL Class A or B Bus Operators with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brakes to join our Charlotte, NC team. We have expanded our locations to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and a new location in Richmond, VA. As a Motorcoach Operator at Adventure Tours, you have the potential to earn gratuities, enhancing your overall compensation. Responsibilities: Safely operate motorcoaches and transport passengers on assigned routes, charters, and tours Work with dispatch to ensure timely pick-ups and smooth transfers Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete accurate DOT logs Ensure compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage handling Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times Requirements: CDL Class A or B Bus Driver with Passengers Endorsement. Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a motorcoach or similar vehicle. Current DOT Medical Card. Successful completion of mandatory Pre-Employment Drug Testing. Clean driving record. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry practices. Ability to safely load, transfer, and unload passengers' luggage. Neat and well-groomed appearance.
