MOTOR FRAUD PARALEGAL - MANCHESTER - UPTO £35,000.00 - REF: 4527892TLB

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Counter- Fraud Team it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Lawyer to work alongside its existing Team dealing with their own caseload of litigated delegated and non-delegated motor fraud files.
They will include phantom passenger claims, slam ons, contrived accidents, exaggerated cases, fraud rings to name a few.
The ideal candidate will have at last 1 years’ experience as an RTA Fraud paralegal, or strong RTA litigation experience with the desire to learn fraud.
Sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules and Court procedures is also expected. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong paralegal with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
