• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles and internal combustion engines
• Remove, inspect, repair and reassemble engines, transmissions, steering, and braking systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups
• Test vehicles post-service to ensure proper functioning using diagnostic tools and road tests
• Utilize computerized diagnostic systems and scan tools to assess vehicle faults
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Respond to breakdown calls when required
• Adhere to environmental and workplace health and safety regulations
