We are seeking a qualified and experienced Service Technician / Motor Mechanic to join our professional team who pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service and advice.
As a Motor Mechanic / Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Director / Store Manager, and will be required to efficiently and effectively service and repair customer vehicles, identify and diagnose faults in vehicle mechanical and electrical systems. Provide timely and accurate reports and quotes and communicate directly with Customers. Carry out all work to professional quality standards. Have a thorough experience and knowledge with multi brand and European vehicles.
You will need:
· Australian full-time and unrestricted working rights
· Relevant work experience (at least 1 year, preferrable 2)
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· A professional and reliable attitude
· Great customer service.
· Effective time management skills and able to priorities multiple responsibilities.
· Sound Communication skills
· Current Tradespersons Certificate - Motor Mechanic
· Well-presented and punctual on a daily basis
· A current Australian driver’s license
