We’re a friendly, family-run business with a busy workshop based in Sywell. We’re currently looking for an experienced and reliable Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience working in a vehicle workshop
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and mechanical repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Perform general vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Carry out MOT-related repairs to our own vehicle stock
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults using appropriate tools
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy
• Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs are successful
• Keep clear and accurate records of all work carried out
• Follow health & safety procedures in the workshop
• Work collaboratively with the team and independently when required
