Aureol Global Connections is in search of 4 experienced Motor Technicians to join our growing team. As a Motor Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards. Your expertise in automotive technology will be vital in delivering quality service to our customers and maintaining the integrity of our fleet. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic assessments to identify motor issues and determine appropriate repair methods. Execute repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle reliability and performance. Keep detailed records of all repairs, services, and inspections performed on vehicles. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient service and workflows. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance skills and improve service quality. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant automotive certifications are a plus. Demonstrable experience as a Motor Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in automotive repair. Familiarity with various vehicle systems, including mechanical, electrical, and fuel systems. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and maneuvering heavy parts. Valid driver's license and relevant certifications preferred.
