Description

Central Motors are seeking to recruit qualified/part-qualified mechanics who are experienced in vehicle servicing and diagnostics and capable of working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full understanding of latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and how to repair faults on them.
  • Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification.
  • Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others.
  • Liaise and seek advice from colleagues and supervisors in situations that are over and above work specified.
  • Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained at all times including the use of special and personal tools.
  • Must possess an automotive technical qualification.

The ideal candidates will:

  • be fully/part qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
  • hold a full, valid and current drivers licence
  • display an ability to work to high standards
  • be diligent, with a flexible approach to work
  • possess strong organisational and planning skills
  • work well under pressure
  • be team players
  • have good oral and written English
  • previous experience with Opel & Fiat brands and advantage but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
