REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive environment.
  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is essential to understand customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers positively.
  • Experience in upselling services or products is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely updates on vehicle status and communicate these updates to customers.
  • Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer based on their vehicle’s condition.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and service techniques to provide informed recommendations.
