We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Service Manager to cover on a relief basis and therefore multi franchise knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
Your initial base location will be the Hyundai & MG site based in Barnsley.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • First-class selling and marketing skills, gained within the motor industry and franchised dealership environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to coach and develop an aftersales team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt workloads effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of motor trade practices and employment best practices.
  • Proficiency in i-VHC and dealer management system (DMS) disciplines.
  • Ability to oversee warranty and data submissions to ensure 100% compliance with manufacturer requirements.
