We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our growing team at German Auto Care Ltd in Leeds. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through excellent service and support.

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Provide accurate information about services and pricing
• Upsell additional services based on customer and vehicle needs
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle servicing
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
• Ability to upsell services effectively
• Proficient in cash handling and payment processing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
