· Ability to diagnose, test and repair faults using the latest technology.
· Build and maintain a high level of technical competence for diagnosing and servicing vehicles.
· Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
· Ability to clearly complete job card write-ups with a thorough understanding of the requirements of franchised standards for warranty write-ups.
· Completing necessary upskilling courses.
· Strong IT skills would be an advantage
· Full training will be provided through the Ford network & a chance to become senior/master technician, Training will also be provided for Hybrid & full electric vehicles.
