Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team in maintaining and repairing vehicles. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and be proficient in using power and hand tools to perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, including servicing, tire changing, and brake servicing, suspension work, timing belts, clutches
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair procedures
Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools for equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot vehicle problems effectively
- Ability to assemble, weld, and maintain vehicle parts
- Skilful in using hand tools for intricate repairs
- Familiarity with reading schematics to understand vehicle systems
