Job Description As the OUTsurance Claims Motor Warranty Assessor you will be responsible for validating and finalising personal lines and business motor warranty claims. Qualifications Qualifications Matric Trade Tested Motor Mechanic (Red Seal) FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial. Additional Information Experience: 2 years Claims experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry is beneficial. 2 years workshop experience (Post - Trade Test) is essential. 2 years Motor warranty Assessor experience is essential. Responsibilities: Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.) Liaise with service providers and clients. Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that. Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients. Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place. Meet KPI’s and KPA’s set out by the organization. Prepare referral templates on claims.
