JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating both technical expertise and a commitment to quality workmanship. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicles are in optimal working condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive repair are advantageous but not essential.

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, and tyre rotations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and other vehicle components.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed and provide recommendations.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop environment.
