Harley-Davidson - Central Texas HD is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Deliver top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories * Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements * Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space * Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing * Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals * Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty Qualifications WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * At least 1 year of retail sales experience * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic * Basic computer proficiency * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Must be able to stand for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs * Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. * Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
