Barnes Harley-Davidson is currently seeking to expand our team with a Permanent, Full-Time Motorcycle Sales Associate!

JOB SUMMARY:

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to deliver an outstanding and memorable experience for our customers choosing their first or next bike. You will help them choose the best bike for their lifestyle, wants, and needs, all while impressing them with your unmatched knowledge of the various motorcycle makes and models. You will go above and beyond for your customer, guiding them through the sales process, keeping them updated, and maintaining a long-lasting relationship after the sale is done.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous sales/customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is an asset
• Driver’s license in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required
• Open to learning
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills
• Effective negotiation skills, with ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers

  Wages: Commission-based + bonuses, can make up to $120k per year!
  Shifts: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30AM to 6:00PM
