Motorcycle Sales Executive (Assistant Brand Manager)
Fowlers Motorcycles, one of the largest multi-franchise motorcycle retailers in the UK, is seeking to appoint an energetic and experienced individual to join our Showrooms team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

✓ A proven customer-facing track record in a similar retail sales role or the hospitality industry
✓ Energetic, flexible, and target-driven with a determination to succeed
✓ A friendly and outgoing personality with the aptitude to engage with all customers
✓ A minimum of 2 GCSEs (grades A-C or 8-4) or equivalent, including Maths and English, or a minimum of one year’s experience of selling finance
✓ Computer literate, numerate, and accurate, with attention to detail of paramount importance
✓ An excellent communicator with a good grasp of the English Language, both verbal and written
✓ Knowledge of and/or enthusiasm for motorcycles and/or scooters an asset
✓ Customer-driven with the desire and expertise to ‘delight the customer’
✓ Happy to work in a team environment, as well as the ability to motivate staff
✓ To be competent in dealing with high volumes of customer enquiries in a calm and organized manner

Responsibilities

The role of the Assistant Brand Manager is to be a principal point of contact with customers who are looking for new or used scooters, motorcycles, and associated products and assist them to find a machine that suits their needs. You must have the ability to walk customers through every stage of the deal and close the sale, whilst ensuring compliance with the requirements of the manufacturer and the company. From time to time, you may be required to assist with the training of newly recruited colleagues.
